Please keep in mind that on any Deep Clean and any Move In/Move Out, we will work the scheduled time booked in order to complete the cleaning tasks, even if the cleaning requested is not completed. If for any reason you would like to cap or set a time limit on your cleaning rather than the time suggested by our estimator during booking (i.e. if you want 1.5 hours of service instead of the suggested 2.5 hours at the time of booking), you must do so before accepting the appointment; we cannot accept a lower payment after the fact.
Note: When you cap/set a fixed time on your cleaning service, our cleaning professionals will clean as much as possible with accuracy and stop working at the time you requested even if the job is incomplete. Under this agreement during booking, we will not be able to honor the 100% Service Guarantee or re-clean your home free of charge, due to being limited to the time constraint you requested.
