What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning appointment?

We try to be as flexible as possible. All schedule changes should be made directly with a Ritz Maidz Customer Care specialist and not with your cleaning professionals; they do not have any access to Ritz Maidz scheduling systems. If you are requesting a schedule change, please a contact a Customer Care specialist at (858) 405-0406 or at (619) 247-7130 or email us at ritzmaidz@gmail.com. We ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice in order to rearrange our cleaning professionals’ routes accordingly.
